Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your booking of a "Run Claude With Me" session (the "Service") with Vadima Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "Sev"). By completing payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

"Run Claude With Me" is a 60-minute one-on-one pair-coding session delivered via Google Meet at the scheduled date and time you select. Sessions cover whatever you bring to the call: building, debugging, scoping, or shipping a project.

The Service is sold in two formats:

• Single session: one 60-minute session at A$385 AUD (inclusive of GST).
• 4-Session Pack: four 60-minute sessions at A$1,320 AUD (A$1,200 + GST). On purchase you receive a unique access code which is used to book each of the four sessions individually. Unused sessions expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

2. Booking and payment

• All bookings and pack purchases require payment in full at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• A single-session booking is confirmed only once payment has succeeded and you receive a calendar invitation by email.
• For 4-Session Packs, your access code is emailed to you immediately after payment succeeds. Each individual session within the pack is confirmed when you book it via your access code and receive that session's calendar invitation.

3. No refunds or reschedules

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changing your mind after booking or after pack purchase.
• Missing a session, arriving late, or leaving early.
• Connection, hardware, or software issues on your end.
• Personal, work, or scheduling conflicts that arise after the booking is made.
• Unused sessions remaining when a 4-Session Pack expires (3 months from purchase).

This policy applies regardless of when the cancellation request is made.

4. If we cannot deliver the session

If Sev is unable to deliver your session (for example, due to illness or a technical failure on our end), we will offer you a reschedule at a mutually agreed time. If a reschedule cannot be agreed within a reasonable period, a full refund will be provided.

5. Your responsibilities

• Join the Google Meet at the scheduled time using the link in your calendar invitation.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection and working audio.
• Provide accurate name, email, and mobile contact details at the time of booking.

6. Confidentiality

Any code, business information, or proprietary material you share during the session is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.

7. Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for your reference. Where a recording is made, it will be shared with you after the session and is not distributed elsewhere.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
